Thank you for being part of AKARAI CLUB!
Being a member doesn’t just mean supporting the sport and community — it also gives you access to exclusive benefits throughout the entire season.

This fall/winter we’ll be organizing new events so we can all enjoy fresh experiences together.

This time, we’ll be collecting as many gifts as possible by visiting local businesses and putting on our best Shrek cat eyesso they’ll donate prizes! These gifts will be raffled among all the participating members who have joined at least one event, during a dinner we’ll organize in December (possibly on the 16th) at Sa Cala Restaurant. There will also be trophies for the winners of each competition.

In addition, we’ll organize a Barbecue in Formentera for everyone, including prize giving and raffles. (If we can make it the same weekend, December 17–18, that would be perfect!)

Winter 2025 Events

All the events will take place on Saturdays and/or Sundays

  • Kitesurf Competitions:
    King of the Air with a height ranking that will be published live on the website (GPS tracking). You can compete any day with good conditions by sending a screenshot of your record.
    1 Kitefoil Race competition in Formentera.
    1 Wave competition.
  • Wingfoil Competitions:
    1 Race regatta.
    1 Wave competition.
  • Grand Dinner at Sa Cala Restaurant & Awards Ceremony:
    End-of-year celebration with raffles for big prizes (trips, dinners, and surprises). Participants from Formentera will also be included in the raffle.
  • Big Barbecue in Formentera & Awards Ceremony
    A get-together for all the Formentera legends (cracks de Formentera).
  • During these months
    We’ll be collecting as many gifts as possible. If you’d like to contribute a prize or know someone who could donate one, we’d be very grateful!

How to Participate

  • You can join all the events without being a member, so you can still win trophies — but you won’t be included in the raffles. We’ll post a sign-up table in the forums for participants.
  • To be eligible for prize raffles, you must be a registered member.
  • Basic membership fee: €35
